Graphic Gore Photos: Blood River Running Red

Coagulated and cold, pictured above, a warm stream of thick-red-blood seems to omit its own beautiful scarlet glow—as it oozes eerily from a head wound and then shines ominously in the police headlights.

There are obviously, located in parts of the beautiful city of Rio De Janeiro, in the country of Brazil, areas that are much more dangerous and notorious than those towns which were once glamorized in wild-western gunfights—such as Dodge City, Kansas, and Tombstone, Arizona.

Places where it doesn't take much, the wrong place, wrong time, or likely the wrong choice, and you become another cadaverous photograph pictured on a local crime blog.

The crimson-life-giving-liquid, shown in these photos, is draining from one of the many gaping bullet-holes in the cranium of yet another teenager gunned down earlier this week.

Seemingly just another rigor-mortis filled corpse lying in field for the crows to eventually dine on, the locals and police have obviously become desensitized by the violence.

Meanwhile, if you keep reading, I'll keep writing, and maybe one-day a human life may be saved.

Who knows?

"I come from down in the valley -- where mister when you're young -- they bring you up to do -- like your daddy done. Me and Mary -- we met in high school when were just seventeen -- we'd ride out of that valley -- and down where the fields were green --we'd go down to the river  -- and into the river we'd dive -- oh down to the river we'd ride." ~ Springsteen

Crime: Warning Graphic Photos: Beautiful Acapulco Prostitutes Bound and Murdered

The Mexican-drug-trade is not always about the murdering and beheading of other rival males.

Sometimes it's also about torturing and killing innocent women.

Found on Neron Street, in the suburbs of Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, this past September, were the remains of two very-young female prostitutes.

Left in the hot sun to rot, the attractive pair were obviously murdered execution style—shot twice from behind with hands bound—by members of a local drug cartel.

The bold lettered notes written on large pink placards and placed beside the corpses told the tale:

The english translation on the first placard reads:

"Attention, neither the marines nor the federal police can mess with us, the Commandos of the Devil. Signed, El Cremas."

The second placard referenced the two dead women:

"This happened to us because we informed the people from Cartel del Centro. Signed, El Cremas and Captain Sosa."

"Ah, Sun-flower, weary of time,
Who countest the steps of the Sun,
Seeking after that sweet golden clime
Where the traveller's journey is done:
Where the Youth pined away with desire,
And the pale Virgin shrouded in snow
Arise from their graves, and aspire
Where my Sun-flower wishes to go.

Warning Graphic Murder Scene: Gun Violence Devastation

The true-to-life crime-scene photos of an non-fictional murder victim—no matter which country they happen to have been taken in, in my opinion, are less dramatic and more destructive than we are used to seeing on TV-shows or in the Movies.

In real life, there's only one story to tell.

And it's brief, and life-ending.

It's the story of a bullet; traveling through the air, hitting it's intended target—and the consequential destruction which that one event causes.

It's just a tiny piece of lead fired from a rifle or handgun—but when the bullet explodes on contact, it can rip through a human body made of brittle bone, arteries, and tissue, and cause tremendous trauma and devastation.

The result is an ugly mess of wasted human remains, lying face down in the street.

Below are the graphic crime scene photos of a young ex-convict who was charged for murder in another part of his home country, Brazil.

The victim, 22-year-old Creisson "Keke" Mason, was charged with murder in São Joaquim but he will never make it to court.

Mason was gunned down this past Monday at approximately 7:30 in the morning only a few steps from his residence in the Santa Rosa neighborhood. Yet, despite the brutal homicide taking place in broad-daylight and during rush-hour, nobody saw a thing.

Fear can paralyze.

" Just then, the criminal who was going to be put to death with Jesus said, 'Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.' - And Jesus said to him, 'Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.' "   - Luke 23:32-43
